We pit them against each other to compare the differences. We ran out of time again on this episode but we pretty much said all we wanted to say... 

Evan Williams single barrel and small batch 1783 and E.H. Taylor batch 11 barrel proof

This Evan Williams SB is one of the best low end whiskeys around. Grab it while it's still in your state. Also, this E.H. Taylor is not too bad either.
